Due to continued growth as well as some major projects, we are looking for an individual to join our team full-time for this versatile position as Quality Manager.
Operations department
Place within the organisation
Position QM is a function to bring the various management systems and thus also the quality within the group to a higher level. Function reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and indirectly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Function has no direct subordinates. The function works together with the Datacenter Operators, the Facility Leads (FL), the Service Delivery Leads (SDL), the Project Leads (PL) and the Operations Managers (OM). He/she is the internal point of contact within the operations department for the various locations and provides support to the other departments. External contact is with auditors, suppliers and customers. Function is not part of the management team.
Job description
Do you want to play an essential role in the daily management of our Quality Assurance department? As a quality assurance specialist, you work together with the COO and OMs to achieve operational excellence. Your efforts contribute to an efficient, effective and customer-oriented operation, and help to realize the operational and strategic objectives of the company.
What are you going to do?
Quality Manager

You are responsible for the management and follow-up of the assigned management system (QMS/ISMS/EMS/ISAE/PCI-DSS/NIS2) that has been set up for the entire group. You proactively look for solutions when questions or problems arise. You take the initiative to consult with colleagues and external parties.

You ensure that processes, procedures and manuals of your assigned management system (QMS/ISMS/EMS/ISAE/PCI-DSS/NIS2) that has been set up for the entire group are up-to-date and perfectly aligned with the organization.

You are responsible for the implementation of the assigned management systems (QMS/ISMS/EMS/ISAE/PCI-DSS/NIS2) within the entire organization.

You are responsible for training all staff in the context of the management systems.

You monitor correct compliance with the implemented management systems.

Ensures that the management systems are seamless and easy to implement for the various departments.

Ensures that the training program for employees is followed on time and that refresher training is done on time.

You bring clarity and simplicity to the landscape of management systems and quality systems.

You take on the practical aspects of both internal and external audits.

You are responsible for developing and improving the management system and ensuring that the quality documents are up-to-date and are followed up effectively.

You supervise audits and inspections by external certification bodies and governments.

You supervise customer audits and closely monitor the results of these audits.

Based on the audit planning, you independently carry out internal audits within the organization. You come up with recommendations to improve quality.

When quality-related complaints are received, you analyze them thoroughly by applying a fact-based analysis. You then come up with corrective measures to prevent such complaints in the future.

You are open to continuously expanding your knowledge. You share relevant experiences and knowledge with colleagues, with the aim of making processes and procedures more efficient.

You strive for strong cooperation in the team and act as a bridge builder between various internal and external stakeholders. Through excellent communication, you create and stimulate a culture of trust, room for initiative and the willingness to experiment.

You are given the space to set up actions yourself and in which you involve the employees.

You take over the management systems of future acquisitions and develop a plan to integrate these management systems into one management system for the entire group within 2 years.

You are responsible for the planning of the external environmental coordinators for the various sites and supervise the tours in consultation with the local colleagues.
Profile

You have a bachelor's degree or are equivalent through experience.
-
You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing. French is a plus.

You have a customer, team, result and change-oriented mindset.

Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.

Knowledge of standards, such as ISO-9001, ISO-27001, ISO-14001, ISAE3402, PCI-DSS, NIS2.

Possession of a certificate of lead auditor in management systems (QMS/ISMS/EMS/ISAE/PCI-DSS/NIS2) is a plus. If you do not yet have this certificate, you are willing to retrain in this.

You are willing to broaden your horizons and to work (further) in the various disciplines within the team.

Willing to follow training and further training.

You are willing to move between the different locations within the group.
